In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, Expartise Billiard Shop offers optional extended warranty coverage on most electronic games:

• 2-Year Parts & Labor Extended Warranty
• Available at an additional charge at the time of original purchase only.
• Coverage begins from the date of delivery/installation.
• Only valid when purchased with Expartise Billiard Shop White Glove Installation.
• Eligible for customers located within 20 miles of a Expartise Billiard Shop retail location.

What’s Included:

• Manufacturer’s warranty (when applicable) plus additional hardware protection.
• Coverage for:
  • Circuit boards
  • Monitors & displays
  • Buttons, joysticks, trackballs, flippers, steering wheels, pedals
  • Power supplies & power cords
• Labor coverage provided by Expartise Billiard Shop:
  • Troubleshooting or repair at your home, remotely, or at our store/warehouse.
  • Transport to an authorized repair location when necessary.
• Designed to bring covered electronics back to a fully operational state.

Restrictions & Exclusions

The warranty will be void under the following conditions:

• Commercial use of electronics.
• Misuse, abuse, or cosmetic damage, including cracks, dents, glass breakage, and monitor adjustments.
• Damage caused by shipping, moving, drops, or accidents.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications by anyone other than Expartise Billiard Shop authorized personnel.
• Natural disasters (floods, storms, lightning, earthquakes, etc.).
• Structural damage (roof collapse, water leaks, electrical surges, falling trees, etc.).
• Failure to follow instructions or negligence (intentional or accidental).
• Products sold “As-Is”, clearance, or closeout items.
• Online subscription services, software upgrades, improvements, or conversions offered by the manufacturer.
• Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.

• The Expartise Billiard Shop Extended Warranty is optional and must be purchased at the time of sale.
• Coverage cannot be added after delivery/installation.
