Expartise Billiard Shop – Terms of Service
The information contained within this agreement supersedes any prior verbal or written communication with a customer, vendor, or client. Expartise Billiard Shop reserves all rights to update these terms at any time without notice. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to review our Terms of Service before placing any order or obtaining information from Expartise Billiard Shop.
By placing an order with Expartise Billiard Shop, the customer understands and agrees to all terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Expartise Billiard Shop.
Pricing
- Expartise Billiard Shop strives to advertise correct pricing but acknowledges that errors may occur.
- We reserve the right to change or correct pricing at any time without notice.
- If an order is placed with incorrect pricing, Expartise Billiard Shop may cancel the order. This includes, but is not limited to: products, gift cards, custom furniture, shipping, and labor services.
- If you have questions about pricing, please contact our support team before placing an order.
Shipping
- We aim to provide accurate shipping information; however, errors may occur due to system or technology issues.
- Expartise Billiard Shop reserves the right to cancel an order if incorrect shipping information is displayed.
- Customers will receive a full refund for any order cancelled due to shipping errors.
- Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may be affected by unforeseen delays.
Custom Products
- Customers may cancel a custom order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After 7 days, cancellations may be eligible for a 50% refund.
- After 30 days, cancellations are not permitted.
- Custom/special orders are subject to extended production timelines. Expartise Billiard Shop does not guarantee production or delivery dates.
Furniture Accessories
- Orders for in-stock merchandise can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to delivery (local market customers) for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after this time will be eligible for store credit only.
- After delivery or pickup, sales are final.
As-Is, Discontinued, Close-Out, & Clearance Merchandise
- All “As-Is” floor models and clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
- Items must be picked up or delivered within 15 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in a 50% restocking fee, with the remaining 50% refunded.
- “Discontinued,” “Close-Out,” or “Clearance” items from warehouse stock are also final sale and must be picked up or delivered within 14 days.
Finishes & Fabrics
- Finishes may vary in color, texture, and shading from website images or in-store samples.
- Manufacturers do not guarantee fabrics for colorfastness, fading, wearing quality, durability, or reactions to environmental conditions.
Paying for Your Order
- Payment is generally processed at the time of purchase.
- For pre-orders, we may preauthorize your payment method at the time of order placement. This may affect your available credit line.
Order Confirmation
- An order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order.
- Expartise Billiard Shop may accept, decline, or place limits on any order for any reason, including per-customer, per-household, or per-order restrictions.
- If we cancel all or part of an order after charging you, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled portion.
Errors on Our Website
- Occasionally, product descriptions, pricing, or availability may contain errors.
- Expartise Billiard Shop reserves the right to correct such errors and update information without notice.
SMS Communications
- By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to order status, shipping updates, and conversational support.
- Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

Return Policy
- Eligible unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup in their original packaging and condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

- We recommend using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another trackable service. Expartise Billiard Shop is not responsible for lost return shipments.
- Damaged shipments must be refused at delivery. If accepted, the item cannot be returned.
- A valid receipt (or gift receipt) and photo ID may be required for all returns.
- Not Eligible for Return: Custom or special orders, electronics, assembled furniture, labor and installation services, consumables, clearance/as-is items, misused or damaged items, and anything beyond 14 days of delivery.
- A 25% restocking fee may apply.
- Refunds may be issued to the original payment method, check, or store credit (depending on payment type).
Warranty Policy
- All new merchandise includes the Original Manufacturer Limited Parts Warranty.
- Coverage periods and exclusions vary by brand and component. Please contact your sales representative for details.
Extended Warranty – Expartise Billiard Shop Electronic Advantage Plan
Non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
Available at an additional charge at the time of purchase only.
Provides 2 years of parts & labor coverage from delivery/installation.
Eligible only for products purchased with Expartise Billiard Shop White Glove Installation within 20 miles of a retail location.
Includes coverage for circuit boards, monitors, displays, buttons, joysticks, flippers, trackballs, steering wheels, pedals, power supplies, and cords.
Exclusions include commercial use, misuse/abuse, cosmetic damage, unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, structural damage, negligence, clearance/as-is items, subscription services, and software upgrades.
Cancellation Policy
- Custom or special orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Standard in-stock orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once shipped, our Return Policy applies.
Company Rights
Expartise Billiard Shop reserves the right to:
- Refuse any return, cancellation, or refund not meeting policy requirements.
- Update these Terms of Service at any time without notice.
