Eligibility for Returns
- You may return eligible, unused items in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received within 14 days of delivery or pick-up.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to returning the merchandise, unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
- We highly recommend that you return items in person to one of our stores or ship them to:

⚠️ Expartise Billiard Shop is not responsible for refunds on merchandise lost in transit during return shipping.
Damaged Shipments
- All items delivered via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar carriers must be inspected upon arrival. Please note any visible damage with the carrier before taking possession.
- If you receive a damaged shipment, please refuse delivery and request the carrier return it.
- If you accept delivery of a damaged product without refusal, the item will be considered accepted in its condition and cannot be returned.
Required Documentation
- All returns and exchanges require the original receipt, gift receipt, or packing slip (if applicable).
- A valid photo I.D. may also be required
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable:
Restocking Fee
- A 25% restocking fee may apply to any eligible return purchased online or in-store.
Gift Items & Bundles
- Gift cards and gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable.
- If you return an eligible item that included a free gift, all promotional items must be returned to receive full credit. If they are not returned, the cost of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
- For bundled purchases, refunds will be adjusted proportionally based on the value of the returned product compared to the total package.
Refund Method
- Refunds may be issued as a credit to the original payment method, check, or in-store credit.
- Purchases made by check will only be refunded after the check clears our bank. A refund check may take up to 14 business days to process.
- Refunds to credit cards will be applied back to the original card used. If the card is no longer available, an in-store credit will be issued.
Company Rights
- Expartise Billiard Shop reserves the right to refuse any refund without a valid receipt or for items deemed ineligible.
- We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time without notice.
